ABOUT

Anurag Gaddi is a dedicated Hindustani classical vocalist and experienced music educator with a passion for preserving and sharing the rich tradition of Indian classical music. Trained under the guidance of eminent gurus, Anurag specialized in Hindustani Vocal along with expertise in instruments like Harmonium and Tabala. He brings decades of performance and teaching experience to students and audiences in India and abroad.
 
Anurag, started his musical journey way back in 2010 from Mumbai, with a graduation in MA (Hindustani Classical Music – Vocal) is a well-known singer and a music composer too.  He had founded ‘Anurag’s Music Gurukul’ in Bengaluru, a Music School for the purpose of sharing knowledge in Hindustani classical music is now with hundreds of students as learners. Anurag has 1000+ students undergone training in Anurag’s Music Gurukul. He had and also performed in many locations across the country.

ACHIEVEMENTS AND AWARDS

Anurag Gaddi represented the 75th Film Amrit Mahotsav in 2010 and shared the stage by singing National Anthem along with noted singer Manjula Gururaja. Apart from teaching music to hundreds of students with his experience of 15+ years, Anurag is also pursuing higher studies in ghazal singing in Mumbai. He is well versed in Hindustani classical music and has sung in Hindi and Kannada. He also has sound knowledge in instruments like Harmonium and Tabla. Anurag has composed music for a couple of Kannada movies and also sung and composed background music for about 15 dramas. 

His active participations in the past: Anurag, who conducted music programs on the principles of Sugama Sangeetha and Vachana Dasa Vani in each and every corner of Bengaluru, Vachana Sangeethotsava in Delhi, 17th National Youth Festival-2012 in Mangaluru and much more. He has performed at various music festivals in Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh.
